PTPM AT THE FOREFRONT OF RESEARCH: KEYNOTE SPEECH IN NADITEC 2022

USM, 30th of March 2022 – During the National Digital Technology & Education Conference (Naditec) 2022 the Director of PTPM, Prof Dr. Wan Ahmad Jaafar, who was invited as a keynote in the Conference gave a speech entitled Unlocking the norms for online learning in higher education. Dare to change.

National Digital Technology & Education Conference (Naditec) 2022 was a Virtual Conference 2022 with the theme "Leveraging Digital Technology For Education Enhancement" and was organized by POLITEKNIK BALIK PULAU. NaDiTEC’22 is the first research conference to be held that highlights Digital Technology as its core theme. Digital Technology is a very pertinent theme in this current situation. The usage of it has changed our lives and has become a new norm and necessity. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the method of executing activities have changed. It includes the educational sector. Hence, the usage of Digital Technology is necessary to ensure the continued dissemination of knowledge occurs.

Professor Dr. Wan Ahmad Jaafar Wan Yahaya, in his speech discussed about the needs and challenges that one has to face in triggering a changes in the new norms of online learning in higher education.
