BLESSINGS THE MONTH OF RAMADHAN – CMP SPREAD ITS CREATIVE WING THROUGH PROJEK PELITA SAYYIDUL AYYAM

PENANG, 24 April 2020 – CMP ventured into another community service in producing FIVE episodes of Pelita Sayyidil Ayyam while the nation is in the midst of dealing with the pandemic outbreak of Covid-19. Pelita Sayyidil Ayyam which resembles a TV program was inspired by Tn. Hj. Shukri Mohamad, the Director of Islamic Centre. This was a joint venture project between USM’s Islamic Centre and CMP, PTPM. The program was aired live through streaming every Friday in the month of Ramadhan starting 1^st Ramadhan until 29^th Ramadhan. The segment mainly covers Bacaan Ayat Al-Quran, Tazkirah and the Azan. Conducting Multi Camera Production throughout this Movement Control Order (MCO) period is truly fascinating yet challenging. Nevertheless, the producers, video crews and audio technical staff had to take this task in order to give the best Ramadhan content especially to the USM community and to all Muslim in general. Indeed, teamwork is always the best solution to succeed in every production!
